Assistant / Apprentice Stylist
This is where passion meets training. Our comprehensive two-year program offers foundational and advanced skill-building in either cut or color. Assistants are mentored by top stylists, receive weekly education, and gain hands-on experience through model appointments and real client interactions.
Hair Stylist
As a stylist at Spoke & Weal, you’ll be empowered to shape the latest trends and deliver transformative client experiences. Whether your specialty lies in dry-cutting techniques, women’s haircuts, pixie cuts, or textured hair, you’ll be part of a team that values education, creativity, and client care.
Color Specialist
For those passionate about color, this role provides creative freedom backed by innovation. You’ll have access to premium products like Aveda Professional Hair Color, and you’ll stay current on trends like balayage, highlights, and color correction with the support of K18 Hair Repair.

Our Stylist Training & Development Program is widely respected across the industry. We train artists to become professionals with an emphasis on technical mastery, client communication, and sustainable success.
